1. Machine Surrounding Environment Setting
·Please Set the Machine in the Environment without fireworks to avoid fire.
·Keep the Environment Ventilation
·Keep the Environment Enough Light
·Workers should wear protective equipment to avoid the noise
·The machine has no dust,noise and oil pollution to surrounding environment
2. Hauling and Installation
·During hauling this machine,please use suitable equipment to avoid injury and accident
·Please follow the manual when install the machine(If necessary,we can provide technical personnel)
3. Wiring
·Ensure the volt is 3+1N 380V 50HZ before wiring
·Ensure the input power is disconnected to avoid electric shock
·The machine must has a good resistance to avoid electric shock or fire
·The wiring must be completed by professional electrician
4. Test Run
·Please ensure the motor running direction is correct before commissioning
·Please check each transmission mechanism of the machine before commissioning
·Please commissioning about 10 minutes to ensure the machine running well
5. Operation
·The operators should accept pre-job training
·Please adjust the glue tank. Please clean the running-in wheel and the surface of glue tank.
6. The Maintenance and Examination
·Please don`t change or destroy the main motor frequency converter setup
·Please build up maintenance regulations and abide by it
·The machine must be completely checked and commissioned,if it`s idled for a long time
·Please use our company`s parts to change and repair. If not, we wouldn`t provide guarantee
·Please don`t remould the machine without our company`s permission. If do, our company won`t undertake any responsibility
