&water laminator it's high quality with CE, it's an idea equipment for big
paper process factory
This machine can do both thermal and water-based film laminating. For
water-based film laminating, it uses environment friendly glue, no need for heating,
energy saving and high speed. For thermal film laminating, pre-coated film is
used and the roller is heated by circulated oil which makes the roller heating
stable and even
The core designed rubber roller together with steel roller enhances the
evenness of gluing, strength of stickiness` as well as lowering the production cost.
Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique makes the machine runs
quite stable.
The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating
system.
PLC control, sheet detectors are installed on the machine and the machines
will automatically stop while shortage of sheets is detected. The electric
parts used are all worldwide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.
The feeding part uses step-less gear box to ensure the conveying precision
of the paper.
All material is inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts
such as bearings are imported ones.
High speed feeder is equipped with pre-feeding device.
