Our machine adopts advanced frequency converter control, according to the paper quality or thickness,  2000-5000 sets of league free control in an hour ( four league per hour can match 8000-20000 copies).

3. empty  compensation function
Before the feeding part of each machine with testing electric eye, when one group  appear empty , other group will not go  deliver paper. The group automatic compensation, fill paper, after the completion , other groups will continue continuous working . If 5 chance still cannot polishing, then the machine will stop, and at the same time, alarming.

4. double paper detection function
Before the feeding part of each machine are equipped with double paper test electric eye, once detection double paper,the machine stop immediately, through do not count, manual reset paper eliminate.

5. automatic portion function
The machine can set portion function according to user requirements ,when the kupono meet the  user requirements (the pages of each book ), each feeding part of the machine will automatic delay feeding , and sound a warning tone.

6. pneumatic
The feeding paper with three high precision cylinder, when paper fall, three cylinders push the paper together at the same time

7. stuck paper function
When the paper get stuck, machine will stop immediately, manual reset paper can restart.

8. fault alarm function When the machine fault alarm, touch screen will automatically "alarm screen", in this screen can display fault point location and fault description information; After the of the fault, need to press the "remove" button, clearing of fault, the machine can work normally.
